Canada 150 - Jake's Story

SCEP CENTRE received funding from the Community Foundations of Canada to implement Canada 150 activities during our 2017 Summer Friends Program. This funding was used to enhance the cultural components of our recreational program. One of SCEP's success stories was featured on the Community Foundations of Canada's website.
